I immediately felt an incredible empathy with him since the beginning of the session, and he walked me thru it with calm, serenity and a gentle and compassionate heart.
He helped me face a huge block that i’ve been holding onto for some time and wasn’t aware of, and he held space while I was healing those upsets and thoughts out of alignment with God and my true self in a very loving and compassionate way.

3) My coaching session with Ryan Mac was superb. I felt truly loved and absolutely safe opening up to him as he held space for me. He was very patient, and also gave very good divine guidance as he stayed present with me. Before our session, I felt very stuck in feelings that wouldn't move forward. Feeling safe to explore with Ryan helped me to release resistance and fully open up to my upset, as if a dam burst, and it all came out. He then he guided me to God's unfailing trust and love as I healed each layer of my upset, of which there were many.
